Location and beach was clear and good.

Some on the swings in the garden and shed was fully rusted, risky to sit.

Filthy Rooms, Broken Facilities & Worst Manager Ever

Rooms were worn out with poor repairs, dirty linen, and a broken toilet seat that was even unsafe to use. Housekeeping staff were decent, but reception was rude and unhelpful. Despite booking two rooms with kids and an infant, they sent staff to force us out just 20 minutes after checkout time. The manager’s behavior was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This place badly needs better maintenance and a lesson in hospitality.

The worst experience

Dirty rooms, no reception, not even a hint of hospitality. They'll ask you to pay before hand - don't as they won't refund it back. The building was damp. The fittings were broken and there was fungi on the lamps. The shower head was dirty. I had to get out of that shitty thing in the name of a hotel.Sharing the pics for everyone to see. Booking.com aslo didn't help out in the time of need, in yet to receive any refunds.

The road to the hotel was not good.

Close to beach, pool was huge and clean, good food

Breakfast was very elementary and can be improved for the price charged. Location with beach front was great.

Access roads to the property were quite sad. Given that it has built a reputation for itself, staff was complacent . Thei attitude could improve. Lots of competition coming up, in terms of new properties

The bed linens were dirty. The blanket covers has not been changed.The washroom is not upto the standard level. There is no shower partition in the bathroom. The toilet seats were old and cheap plastic. The bathmats were below standard.

Location, external amenities such as pool, garden, lawns etc were really nice

The rooms were not what I had expected. Beddings n furnishings were avg quality. In the bathroom of the most high end rooms, the commode lid was broken. They didn’t provide moisturiser as part of toiletries

The location was great! The stuff were very helpful.

The rooms were dated and drab. Facilities were just not up to the mark. The bathroom was from a cheap hotel and seemed out of place at the property. Food was bland, the breakfast was just bad. We failed to understand how fresh fish/shrimps (it was fresh) can be this bad!The location was excellent. The beach starts right by your door.

Location is the only plus point with sitting area in garden facing the sea.

Facilities are not maintained properly. Cleanliness is a big concern area. Guest services are poor. The pool area doesn't have towels. The staff will say "NO" for everything without giving you an alternative.

the swimming pool has broken tiles & that caused a deep wound in my daughter’s right foot.

1. Very poor management 2. Food quality is ZERO star3. We went for breakfast at 10 am - no fresh cutlery, except for puri and sabzi and chicken none of the trays were refilled4. We had booked sea facing room but did not get sea facing rooms - we had to lean from the balcony and turn 90 degrees left to get a glimpse of the sea (if this qualifies as a sea facing room then !!!!!!!!!! ?)5. Room pricing is NOT AT ALL proportional to the services provided - very and unnecessarily high

After natural disaster it's good come back.because after disaster i was visit ur place.it was horrible.but now so many changes happened and it's look quite good.Room interior is good, facilities and ur ground stuff also doing great job.

Last time when i was visit each room you were provide sleeper but this time i was disappointed regarding this.I don't get it. So if u can implement again this thing then it will good.It's only suggestion.
